• Tournament rankings, match results, and accumulated tour points.
• Profile photos (optional) uploaded by the player.
• Any other information reasonably necessary to administer the tournament, process registrations, and communicate with players.

Personal information is used solely for the following purposes:

• Tournament operations, player registration, and team management.
• Player communication, including match scheduling, walkover alerts, and court assignments.
• Generating and maintaining player rankings, seedings, and results.
• Event administration and logistical coordination by the Local Padel Tour team.

• By registering for the tournament, players consent to having their names displayed on draws, schedules, group standings, bracket results, and the official player leaderboard.
• Match results, scores, and rankings may be published publicly on the tournament website and social media channels.

All payment transactions are processed exclusively by our certified payment partner, Paymob, a PCI-DSS compliant payment service provider operating in Egypt and the MENA region.

• Local Padel Tour does not collect, store, or have access to your credit card number, CVV, or any banking credentials.
• Payment information is entered directly on Paymob's secure checkout page and is never transmitted through or stored on our servers.
• Please refer to Paymob's own privacy policy for details on how they handle your data.

• We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
• All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS), ensuring your personal information and session data are protected in transit.
• Player data is stored securely and is accessible only to authorised tournament administrators.
• We do not sell, rent, or share player data with third parties, except where strictly required for tournament operations (e.g., bracket generation via Challonge) or as required by law.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to enhance your browsing experience and support the platform's functionality:

• Essential Cookies: Required for authentication, session management, and basic site functionality. These cannot be disabled.
• By continuing to use this website, you consent to our use of cookies as described above.

• By registering for a tournament, players agree to receive tournament-related emails, notifications, and important event updates.
• Communications may include match schedule updates, court assignments, walkover notices, results announcements, and general event information.
• We will not send unsolicited marketing communications unrelated to LPT without your explicit consent.

• Photos and videos taken during the tournament may be used for marketing, social media, promotional materials, and future event advertising.
• Players consent to being photographed or recorded during tournament activities.
• If you wish to have a specific photograph or video containing your likeness removed, please contact us at localpadeltour@gmail.com. Requests will be reviewed and actioned at our discretion.

We use a limited number of trusted third-party services to operate the platform:

• Paymob: Our payment processing provider. Entry fee transactions are handled exclusively by Paymob.
• Challonge: Used for bracket generation and tournament draw management. Team names may be submitted to Challonge for bracket purposes.
• Each of these providers has their own privacy policies and security standards. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

• You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you at any time.
• You may request correction of inaccurate information by updating your profile or contacting us directly.
• You may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us.

• We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the bottom of this page and, where changes are significant, notify you via an in-website banner.
• Continued use of LPT after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
