By registering for any Local Padel Tour event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full.

01Registration & Payment

Tournament registration and payment must be completed exclusively through the official website.
Registrations submitted outside of the official platform will not be recognised or accepted.

Only one player (the Captain) is required to initiate the team registration.
The second player (the Partner) must have an active account on the website before they can join the team.
After the Captain creates a team and accepts these Terms & Conditions, they will receive a unique partner invite link that can be shared directly with their partner.
The Partner clicks the invite link, logs in (or creates an account), and confirms participation.
A team registration will not be considered complete until the Partner has confirmed participation and the entry fee has been successfully paid.

Registration fees are non-refundable once payment has been successfully completed.
In the event that the tournament is cancelled by the organisers, registered teams will be notified and refund arrangements will be communicated directly.

Forming a team and sending the invite link does not reserve or guarantee your spot in the tournament.
Your spot is only confirmed once the Partner has accepted the invite and the entry fee has been fully paid.
Spots are allocated on a first-paid basis. An unpaid team may lose its place if the tournament fills up before payment is completed.
Once the proceed to payment button is pressed, your spot is reserved for 10 minutes until your payment is complete.

All payments are processed securely in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) via our certified payment partner, Paymob.
Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, and any other methods listed on the checkout page.
We do not collect, store, or have access to your full card details. All payment data is routed exclusively through Paymob's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
All transactions are encrypted using TLS (HTTPS)
Upon successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation email. This constitutes your official receipt for the entry fee.

Players must be registered on the platform with accurate and truthful personal information.
LPT reserves the right to verify player identities and disqualify any team found to have registered with false or misrepresented information.
Each player may only be registered in one team per tournament category.

All players are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner throughout all tournament activities, including warm-ups, matches, and award ceremonies.
Verbal abuse, unsportsmanlike behaviour, damage to courts or equipment, or refusal to comply with referee or Tournament Director instructions may result in immediate disqualification without refund.
The Tournament Director's decision is final in all disputes and conduct matters.

LPT reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the bottom of this page and, where changes are significant, notify you via an in-website banner.
Continued use of LPT after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
